Confidentiality   Statement

The contents of your sessions are confidential. Any information you provide will be honored under HIPPA and PHI guidelines. Your information may also be legally privileged. Only with your written permission will your information be released to anyone outside of Holistic Healing and Counseling except as required by law. Legal exceptions include the following:

• Clear and imminent danger to you or someone else.

• Reasonable expectation that you will engage in dangerous conduct as defined by Georgia state statute 

• Reasonable suspicion that a child or elder is being abused

• Order by the court system

Holistic Healing and Counseling will not disclose records to Educational Institutes or Medical Facilities unless ordered by the courts. Only Supervisors and approved staff members are ethically and legally bound to discuss all clients' personal information.
